OUR GUARANTEE

We built OAK Creatine to deliver real results — and we stand behind it. If you don't feel a difference, we don't want your money. It's that simple.

Your guarantee period depends on the size of your order, giving you enough time to experience the full benefits:

- 1-Box (30 servings): 30-day guarantee
- 2-Box (60 servings): 60-day guarantee
- 3-Box (90 servings): 90-day guarantee

The guarantee period begins on the date your order is delivered.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact us at support@oakvitality.com within your guarantee window. Include your order number.

2. Complete a short survey. We'll send you a quick email survey about your experience — what you noticed, how you used the product, and why it didn't work for you. This helps us keep improving.

3. Receive your full refund. Once we receive your completed survey, we'll process a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. No return shipping required.

That's it. No fine print, no hoops to jump through.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

The guarantee applies to your first subscription order based on the box size you selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@oakvitality.com.

Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day. You will receive reminder emails prior to each subscription order processing, and any requested changes must be submitted before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed. If your subscription was active at the time your recurring order was generated, that order will continue through fulfillment even if the subscription is canceled afterward.


DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR UNSATISFACTORY ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us at support@oakvitality.com within 30 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue.


ORDERS PLACED VIA AMAZON OR EXTERNAL RETAILERS

Orders placed via Amazon are only eligible for a replacement item. We cannot refund orders placed via an external site or retail partner. Please contact us at support@oakvitality.com to arrange a replacement.
