SHIPPING POLICY
At OAK, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping so you can start your daily creatine routine as soon as possible. We currently deliver to customers within the United States.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Our delivery process is divided into two key periods:
1. Processing Time (1–2 business days):
Order confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Time (approximately 5–10 business days):
The time required for your order to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Continental US: 6–10 business days
- Alaska / Hawaii: 7–12 business days
Holiday / Peak Season delivery times:
- Continental US: 7–12 business days
- Alaska / Hawaii: 10–15 business days
Please note: There may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (with tracking): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected schedule. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment. You can update your shipping address at any time through your account or by contacting us at support@oakvitality.com before your next order processes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on oakvitality.com.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@oakvitality.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at no cost.
P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary for these addresses.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@oakvitality.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once packaging has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand shipping to your region.
